I just saw Eclipse and if you don’t want to read any spoilers, look away! :)
……but I’m sure you read the book, so there won’t be any surprises….

I give it 7.5 stars

• plus 1 star because Jasper is really cool and has never lost a fight (I note that in real life, he’s actually one of the hottest actors in the film).
• plus 1 star because there are some really funny one-liners
• plus 1 star for Charlie – he might be the best actor in the film.
• plus 1 star for Jacob (pref. with no shirt) :)
• plus 1 star for special effects – I’m glad they had a bigger budget than Twilight
• plus 1 star for Victoria’s really gorgeous hair.
• plus 1 star for whoever picked out the engagement ring – it is hideous, but I have to admire that they really committed to it…..it is a RING!
• plus 1 star for the Cullen fight scene movie poster moment – you’ll know it when you see it. :)




• minus 1 star because Bella’s speeches make me yawn.
• minus .5 star for Edward gulping loudly – someone should have edited that!
• minus .5 star for Jacob’s undies showing – he’s not in a rap video.
• minus 1 star for the middle-aged women in the line that embarrassed
  themselves because they were worried we wouldn’t move fast enough when it was time to be seated in the theater. I felt like I was in the twilight zone (pun intended) – it is a movie for heaven’s sake…….and it isn’t even Goonies or something. :) I think my girls and I are headed to a more teeny-bopper theater for Breaking Dawn. We prefer the giggling to the crazy angry without a cause women (some of whom were wearing a lot of loud jingling bracelets).

I split the difference. :)
