These are not new finished objects, but as you haven’t seen them in the wild yet, I thought I’d share.
One of the things I love about living in the country is more than one car slowed down to make sure I was ok and that they didn’t need to stop and assist me. I smiled and waved and they continued on. I’m pretty sure the car that drove by while I was sitting butterfly-style, head bent over my feet in a field of flowers trying to take pictures of my feet thought I was a few bricks short of a load, but the harmless kind of crazy.

Eek! I don’t think I would let my knits near barbed wire. LOL. Beautiful items. Love the colors in the Hitchhiker.
Thanks so much. Yes, my friend did a gorgeous job of painting this yarn.
Those are BOTH stunning. Good job! I esp. love the purple. It’s gorgeous.
thanks! I am partial to purple too.
It’s getting warmer in Chicago, but not nearly warm enough for us to be enjoying flowers! I’m incredibly envious. The socks look wonderful paired with your really adorable shoes!
I’ll take pictures of dead dried grass for you in August so you can feel better. Thank you!
Oh wow, they’re both gorgeous. I love the colour of your socks!
Thanks! This yarn was a gem.
Love those 2 projects, especially the socks!
Thank you so much!
Love those shots!
Thank you!
I love your socks! The yarn and pattern are a perfect match, it’s so gorgeous against the flowery meadow background. Your hitchhiker is lovely too :)
There was a nice blank spot in the purple flowers for me to sit. like it was waiting there just for me. :)
It is always fun to have outside photo shoot with your knits. They need to be documented and showcased!
I know and in Central Texas, this is THE time of year for it.
Yikes, I wouldn’t let my knitting get anywhere near barbed wire, certainly not that nice shawl! Your socks are beautiful, if the driver is wondering, just tell them you are doing yoga ;-)
yoga in the flowers would be fun for sure!
These are all gorgeous. The socks with your shoes are stunning. Great photos too.
I try to take enough photos that some of them turn out well. Thank you.
Your socks are awesome and I love your shoes! The thought of hanging a shawl on a barbed wire fence makes the hair stand on the back of my neck, LOL Your are very brave!
This pattern is very forgiving of pulls. I set the one snag to rights with a crochet hook. no problem…which makes it a perfect match for a mom with two little ones.
Beautiful, both socks and shawl!
Thank you very much!
LOVE those socks! The shawl is gorgeous too. I love the photographs of your projects.
win/win/win
Winning! :)
