Playing Mario Kart has made me a worse driver. As I drove to lunch with a friend, I wished for a flashing star so I could be invincible and drive through everything.
Also, we're eating bagels for lunch because throwing rules out windows is my new favorite hobby.
Speaking of hobbies, I started a Constellate Hat in the colorway, African Violets by LolaBean Yarn. The first Constellate took me nineteen months so surely i can beat that!
LOL. @marz1pan thought I was knitting a sock for someone with HUGE calves!
In writing news, I plan to send a short story before mid-December so join my Inner Circle Email List if you need a dopamine hit right about now.

I had some friends over to watch Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 2. We had a fun group and some yummy foods. Kim came over Friday night to help me set up and cook. She made stuffed mushrooms and these pretty meatballs (I don’t get to say pretty meatballs often enough). One of the recipes we looked at said black sesame seeds were sexier. I think it probably depends on the recipe, but we sure had fun calling all the food sexy while we were grocery shopping.
We made a create your own seven layer dip bar which turned out super cute if I do say so myself.
Bonita was psychic and brought tacos to go with it….and I made the traditional tomato soup. 
I’m not going to say that I didn’t embarrass myself when I ordered the “Team Jacob” cake. I can say I didn’t care. The girl taking our order seemed to think we were too old to be having a Twilight party. But, you’re never too old to have fun and this party was a heck of a good time. Thanks, ladies!

I’m glad you don’t care if someone thinks you’re too old for the party. That person is ridiculous and probably doesn’t have nearly as much fun as you do!
I had a ton of fun with Kim trying to decide what we were going to get on the cookie cake – we toyed with the idea of vampire teeth around the edge at one point!
Nothing wrong with getting your Team Jacob on… woof!, ‘er I mean wolf!
ha! It turned out the party was pretty much Team Jacob, so it was fitting.
